Founded in 2008, IIMA Ventures, formerly CIIE.CO, is the entrepreneurship and innovation arm of IIM Ahmedabad. It supports early-stage startups through acceleration, funding, and policy-led programmes, and is sector agnostic with a strong presence in Deep Tech, Enterprise, and AI / ML. To date, IIMA Ventures has backed around 450 companies, with a portfolio that includes ideaForge, Agnikul, Bellatrix Aerospace, Chara, and Unbox.
