Ajai Chowdhry

Ajai Chowdhry co-founded HCL in 1976 and spent decades building India's hardware industry, later chairing the government's National Quantum Mission and founding EPIC Foundation to push domestic electronics manufacturing. A Padma Bhushan recipient, he invests in health, SaaS, consumer and media: Wizikey, StoryXpress and Clensta. He is among the oldest-generation operators still writing angel cheques in India.
